Summer Property Maintenance

Let our crews do that one thing you avoid doing, or hand over complete care of your property so you can get back to what matters to you! Summer Property Maintenance plans can be as extensive or minimal as the client prefers. Summer Maintenance includes lawn mowing, fertilizations, weed control, shrub and perennial maintenance and other cleanings.

Winter Property
Maintenance

Offering the very best Residential Snow Removal available, with High Priority options to suit those with a greater need for clean sidewalks. Properties are Serviced 1x per 24hrs during snow events. Winter Property Maintenance are made to include some basic winter services such as eavestrough cleanings, yard cleanings, plus ice and wind drift management!

Hedge, Shrub and Garden Maintenance

Properly maintained shrubs and hedges can be a huge accent to any yard! Servicing all shapes and sizes, we can trim to your liking or work towards your end goal with your shrubs with you! Garden Cleanings and Rototilling offered as well and can all be added onto Lawn Care / Maintenance Packages.

Landscapes (including Irrigation installs/maintenance)

Make your property your own little slice of paradise! Specializing in functionality and simplicity, we offer a wide range of finished landscape products and work with our clients to ensure the best maintenance is provided afterwards to protect your paradise!

Fencing (including wood, vinyl and metal)

Offering all types of fencing including lumber, metal and vinyl. Lumber fences can be pre-stained or painted prior to installation! All fencing, construction and landscape projects come with a 2yr warranty!!

Exterior Cleaning and Pressure Washing

Keep your exterior looking clean and sparkly! Yard cleanings and Pressure Washing can be arranged automatically on a seasonal basis, or as Single Services any time throughout the year(weather permitting). Property Maintenance can include cleanings of roofs, eavestroughs, windows, siding, patios/decks, fences and much more!

General Construction

Construction services also include Garden Box Builds, Siding, Exterior Cladding and Minor Soft Metal Work, Re-finishing/sealing of multiple surfaces and Exterior Painting.

Please note that fee’s are based off individual property footages and specific needs. These are baseline prices and may differ once package costs are complete. Certain tasks and sudden needs will always be at a factor outside of package costs.

Medium (2000-3500SqFt)

Single Service - $75+tax

Large (4000+ SqFt)

Single Service - $125+tax

Small (No Driveway/Backyard)

Single Service - $35+tax

Monthly Maintenance plans generally including up to 8 Snow Visits which can also include Leaf Clean-Ups, Eavestrough Cleanings plus Wind Drift & Ice Management starting at $235+tax

Medium (TWO of - Driveway, Corner Lot, OR Backyard)

Single Service - $50+tax

Large (Extra Large Driveways, all 3 "Medium" Factors, Minimal Snow Storage)

Seasonal Property Maintenance

Spring Lawn & Property Maintenance

Seasonal and Most Common Single Service Maintenance Services. Please note that fee’s are based off individual property footages and specific needs. These are baseline costs and may differ from costs once measurements are taken.

Core Aeration

Minimum $120+tax

Core Aeration improves soil breathability and allows for better intake of fertilizer and seed. We recommend this Service be done 2x per year paired with first and last Fertilizations of the season. Minimum price for lawns 1500SqFt or less and INCLUDES granular fertilizer.

Power Rake / Dethatching

Minimum $100+tax

Power Raking / Dethatching lawns removes winter matting and winter-kill grass. Typically done in Spring but this Service can be performed at any time throughout the growing season. Not necessary for all lawns. Minimum price includes lawns 1500SqFt or less and haul-away of collected thatch.

Soil Enhancement / Advanced Fertilization

Minumum $100+tax

We offer Granular fertilization but highly recommend our advanced Soil Enhancement formula. This liquid blend contains raw nutrients and essential bacterias, working as if adding compost rich soil directly into your lawn! Does include minor granular dose. Minimum price includes lawns 1500SqFt or less.

Yard & Leaf Clean-Ups

Minimum $120+tax

Seasonal Leaf Clean-Ups or Property Clean-Ups can be done at any time including during winter months, with the exception of when snow covers the ground and leaves. Minimum fee includes first hour of labour plus haul-away of collected debris, additional hours at ~$100/hr.

FULL Spring Clean-Up Packages

Starting at $400+tax

Including Shrub Trimming, Leaf Cleaning, Power Rake, Core Aeration plus first application of Fertilization and Weed Control. **Many packages do NOT require all Services, you will be suggested what your lawn/property needs. Spring Packages do come with BULK Service discount. Starting price for properties 1500SqFt or less requiring 3-4 Services.

Hedge & Shrub Trimming

Minimum $150+tax

Keeping shrubs in shape ensures health and top property aesthetic appeal. Different species have different trimming frequencies and schedules. Minimum fee includes first hour of ground-level trimming and haul-away of debris.

Projects, Fences and Landscapes

Our main focus for Projects includes Fences, Patios and Irrigation but we also handle Sod Installs and Tree/Shrub Plantings as parts of these projects. We do Exterior Painting during the cooler early spring and late fall seasons, and some minor indoor painting work during Winter months when schedules allow.

Pressure Treated Wood Fence

$135/linear foot

Our wood fences typically consist of 8′ steel posts which are set into ground 3′ with concrete reinforcement. Posts are boxed with lumber to be hidden and fence constructed around, our 6′ fences also consist of 3 “rails” to support pickets and a sturdy 2″x6″ top cap to ensure the highest longevity for your new wood fence. Linear foot price includes standard style as pictured but other styles available.

Patio Installs

$40/SqFt

Paver Patio’s begin by removing minimum 8″ raw soil. Proper grading and drainage is always considered. Paver base then consists of 4-6″ of drain rock, then 2″ of 6MM fractured pea gravel for levelling screed base. No longer is “beach sand” used as all rock bases make for better compaction, drainage, and greatly reduces possible shifting due to base(sand) loss! Polymeric Sand is a compound used in joints that hardens to like-rock, and Sealants are used to protect final finish!

Vinyl Fence

$175/linear foot

Never worry about painting or staining again! Vinyl Fences come in basic colours such as White, Tan, and Brown but also Premium variety colours to look like wood, or just stand out! Build with mid-rails AND extra aluminum inserts, our Vinyl fences are built to handle Lethbridge winds and winters!

Irrigation Installs

Starting around $2500+tax

Installing an Underground Sprinkler system for your lawn and trees/shrubs is an essential way to make sure you are getting the right watering at the right times, with minimal effort! Designed custom to each property, minimum price includes ~1000SqFt or ONE yard with good water and power access.

Tree & Shrub Installs

Starting at $1250+tax

SMALL SHRUBS starting at $150+tax**IRRIGATION HIGHLY RECOMMENDED**Shrub and Tree Plantings up to 15′ tall trees. Price includes supply and install one tree plus preparation of hole, supply of clean planting soil, first fertilization, and mulch covering at base. New tree’s installs typically come within Fertilization program to maintain Warranty.

Retaining Walls/Stone Edgings

$125/linear foot

BORDERS starting at $35/linear foot Stone Retaining walls add curb appeal to your property, and a timeless structure that serves a purpose as well. We use premium products, plus install Drainage and Geo-Grid textiles during our wall builds to ensure you get the best value from your investment! Linear foot price includes common block choice and straight wall under 4′ height.

Irrigation Maintenance

Minimum $80+tax

Underground Sprinkler System seasonal maintenance is crucial to functionality of your system. We conduct Fall Blow-Outs and Spring Calibrations which are usually conducted for $80+tax Service fee. Diagnoses and repairs of issues are charged rate of $150/hr which includes repairs to landscape and minor needed parts.

Roof & Eavestrough Cleaning

Minimum $150+tax

Depending on roof height and tree coverage, every properties needs for Eavestrough Cleanings can be different. Typically charged by the foot, minimum fee includes up to 100′ of SINGLE story eavestroughing/roofing.

Window Cleaning

Minimum $150+tax

Windows exposed to the wind and rain can build up layers of dust and grime, that eventually show in dirty spots or can cloud the entire window. Cleaning windows atleast once yearly is the best practice to prevent long term build-up that is easiest to remove. Minimum fee includes up to 10 Single Story windows without excessive grime or build-up.

Pressure Washing

Minimum $150+tax

Surface cleaning of not only concrete and pavers, but also decks, fences and siding as well! Regularly pressure washing surfaces removes stains, dust and dirt build up as well as other outdoor/wildlife remnants. Minimum price includes up to 100SqFt.

Paver Sealing

Minimum $300+tax

Sealing Patio Pavers is the best way to protect them from the elements and keep them looking new for as long as possible. Typically also requires Pre-cleaning with Pressure Washer and Re-Sanding of joints.

Holiday Decorating

Starting at $250+tax

-Temporary Christmas light installs and removals, can include supply of lights. -Complete Decoration Packages with storage of supplies between seasons included, typically starting around $700+tax. -Permanent Light installs starting around $950+tax
