Absolutely! We offer everything from Single Service Mows & Snow Removal, all the way up to Year-Round All-Included Maintenance plans. Big or small, what we do for you is completely up to you!

We offer a wide range of payment options depending on the clients needs.. Most commonly chosen is the Monthly Maintenance Plan flat rate, but we also offer Yearly Maintenance and Seasonal Maintenance plans, as well as Single Service(one-time) options. Plans can be arranged to cover just the minimal basics, or to cover complete exterior care at all the proper times of year! After a larger project, we will advise you of what Maintenance is needed to care for your project, or can even maintain it for you! We accept cash, e-transfer, cheque, and all major credit/debit cards.

We no longer have any sort of contract or paperwork that must be signed by clients. Instead, we will offer you several quotes/options for the Maintenance requested. Dates and Service description are included on all Estimates/Invoices, and your Acceptance of Estimate or Payment of Invoice acts as a working contract. Recurring Maintenance Plans can be exited at any time.

Keeton Sheridan is Owner and Operator of S.O.S Exteriors, and usually spends most of his time outside on work sites, helping/training crew or completing larger landscapes and construction projects. Team members are sourced from the community and are provided with extensive training as needed to ensure they know the best ways to care for your property! Crew members are retained for as long as possible but seasonal changes may cause lay-offs, however laid-off crew are almost always offered “On-Call” options and re-hires. You will see familiar crew members year after year!

We have all necessary Licensing and Liabiltiy Insurance for all of our projects. Larger construction projects require special licenses and certifications, and we have trusted members of the landscaping community that we work with for those special cases. Our workers are also covered through WCB.
