We are always evolving our training process’s and seeking ways to improve ourselves and the service we provide. Technicians are provided in-house training, tools, and top quality materials so they can provide the very best Service and provide actionable, relevant advice. Our trainings go beyond hard skills but to financial plannings, customer relations and personal development. Our team(and clients) all have access to one central communication hub, and the entire team meets atleast 2x per week to discuss all aspects of Operations and seek improvements.

Technicians are empowered to make decisions that benefit the client with intention on improvement to the property or Quality of Life for the client. Our Technicians are taught to look for opportunities to serve and to look for new ways to expand their skills.

Providing absolute value is the focus of every relationship. We provide essential safety supplies and health supplies for Technicians and take active part in helping clients who need it. Our Technicians are rewarded for providing quality Customer Service but also must take certain actions when mistakes are made. We aim to be above in industry standard and offer the same benefits to our Technicians as they would get in any other skilled trade.
MISSION FOR GROWTH
Upon reaching certain milestones, S.O.S Exteriors plans to soon implement Health Benefits for Technicians, Profit Sharing programs and Career Development Programs. -Knowledge of horticulture, lawn care and snow removal maintenance practices an asset, but not required as thorough training is provided despite previous experience.
-Knowledge of irrigation, paver patios and other landscaping practices as well as Fences an asset for those looking to join our Project Technician teams. Training is provided on all these Services as well.
S.O.S Exteriors currently offers Maintenance Technician positions and Project Technician positions.FIELD Positions). Technicians have the ability to make above industry average pay for meeting Customer Service and Quality expectations along with production rates. Team Leader and Management positions are to become available to allow for internal career growth of Field Technicians.
