September 2025 Summer Maintenance Invoice
It is now past mid-August and we are feeling the end of
summer around the corner! Fruits and leaves on the ground,
plus changing weather patterns means we may see a shift to
fall sooner rather than later.
Watering schedules will now be more important than they’ve been this entire summer so far, and we are continuing with Fertilizations to make sure lawns can stay ahead of the heat. Lawn growth typically would have slowed by now, but the rain up until this point have kept everything happy and growing well, which may change over the next few weeks as some hotter days set in.
We completed fertilizations in later July-early August, and will still be doing one more
Fertilization towards mid-September. After that, we are expecting to be moving into leaf clean-ups, shrub trimmings, and other fall preparations. One of the most important services at the fall season or early winter is Eavestrough Cleaning. The heavy rains this year has made this a common Service, but once fall season sets in it is vitally important to make sure your drainage systems are fully functional before winter season arrives. Please do let us know if you need help with your Eavestroughs.
complete, please do let us know so we can make sure we get it booked in! Our schedule does have some openings in September, but we will know these will fill up very quick once we begin with Shrub Trimmings and other Fall services.
Don’t forget about our Referral Bonus program where we will pay you $25 in Service
discounts or a gift card of your choosing for referring any friend to us who accepts a Service! We also remind that we are aiming to get as many Google Reviews as possible, feel free to drop us some comments there. Early Bird Discounts are now open for those who confirm and pay for ’25-’26 SEASONAL Winter Maintenance before September 1st, let us know if you’d like an Estimate in that regard.
