Winter Maintenance Invoice
As November approaches we are seeing the full weather swings and fall is here!
In only a few weeks we’ve transitioned from warm days and usual summer work, to cold nights and heavy leaf falls in a lot of areas. We still wait for some trees to lose their leaves, but we have had to start leaf cleanings along with completing final lawn mows in many areas.
It’s likely that we will continue with leaf cleaning throughout most of November, even using the lawn mowers to assist with pick-up and mulching as long as the weather stays above freezing temperatures. By the end of October we will also be moving into adding Eavestrough cleanings into the rotations, once we see that the majority of leaves are down from the trees.
We have begun completing Sprinkler Blow-Outs and should have those wrapped up by the end of next week.
Lastly, as we come into November and approach the Holiday season, our ladders will be coming out soon for roof and eavestrough cleanings, so we remind that we do help with both
Temporary and Permanent Christmas lighting installs! We even have storage options for temporary lights, so we can help take them down and keep them out of your closet for the next summer too! We
will be beginning the installs of Holiday lightings after the Remembrance Day Holiday.
