October 2025 Winter Maintenance Invoice

Sad to say this summer is coming to an end!

However we are going hard with Fall Services like Aerations, Fertilizations, and Shrub Trimming. Soon to move into Sprinkler Blow-Outs, Leaf Cleanings, and Eavestrough Clean-Outs! The change of the season always keeps us busy and we are gearing up for the winter ahead!

We’re not entirely sure what to expect for Winter weather this year. Forecasts are mixed, some say a delayed fall and later start to winter weather, others say we’ll see a sudden shift within the coming month. Either way, we will be sure to be checking in at properties on our list to complete needed Services(within limits) to keep busy throughout October! For everyone on our October maintenance list, we will likely complete the final/last “Mow’s” of the season within the first two weeks of October, using the mowers to help with leaf collection as needed too before the Mowers are put away for the season.

As we move into Winter 2025-2026, we are preparing for a snowier year than we’ve experienced the last few years. Wet weather throughout the summer seems to be a foreshadowing to more precipitation in the winter as well. We know that when the snow comes, it will likely come heavy and fast and so we will be prepared!

S.O.S Exteriors is installing Christmas lights! We’ve always assisted with installs and removals, and have implemented a LIGHT/DECORATION INSTALLATION & STORAGE program. We can install your pre-owned lights OR S.O.S can install your exterior lights and decorations with a custom plan before Christmas(Nov-Dec), then remove them after the holidays (Jan) and store all your decorations for you in a climate-controlled, safe warehouse! The best part, we will warranty and replace/repair all decorations as needed as long as clients continue with their subscription models! If the above package interests you or you still need assistance with Christmas decorations, please reach out! We are also offering PERMANENT LIGHTING. Installed on the soffit or fascia bottoms, our GoVee LED lighting is much more basic than some of the other permanent lightings on the market. It does not require a metal housing for install making the installs quicker, more flexible, and maintenance/future changes easier!
