December 2025 Winter Maintenance Invoice

January 2026 Winter Maintenance Invoice

Winter weather is officially trying to set in!
The wind has been a hot topic for the last month, creating lots of havoc as it blows in fresh leaves and debris, as well as blowing away some of the same debris and also causing damage in it’s wake! We’ve come across broken branches, damaged siding and roofing, as well as damaged/
missing downspouts and eavestrough pieces. These are all critical to your home’s exterior and worth ensuring they are in good functional shape before winter weather sets in!

These last few years have made the importance of good water run-off systems and drainage. We are going to be running specials in 2026 for underground drainage pipe installs to make that issue at your property something you no longer worry about! On the flip side, the heat summer waves also make watering extremely important, and we are already running a special on Sprinkler Installs for 2026, as long as they are booked before March 1st 2026. Next season is filling already, so please do inquire now if you have a project on your own list for next summer
While we don’t do ALL exterior trades/services, we can usually refer you to someone who does. Services like roofing, siding, and large tree trims/large branch removals are all usually handed off to another local and trusted contractor who specializes in this work. With that said, we encourage you as always to contact us with any of your exterior needs, if we don’t do it then we can refer you to someone who can!
Our main focus is still on leaf and eavestrough cleaning as the wind has kept the season for such alive and well! We of course have kept up with small repairs of the same manner as well, to ensure drainage systems are fully functioning before the snow sets in. We just had a small taste of the winter weather to come, and although most concrete and streets stayed warm enough to keep the snow melting, wooden and composite decks had close to 6″ of snow within that 24hrs. We feel this is a good example of the winter to come!
We will continue with yard clean-ups for properties on our maintenance, within reason as we try to maintain a budget for the heavy snow ahead. As we finish dealing with the final leaves of the season and have our snow prep completed, we are moving into lighting/decorating install season!

***PLEASE NOTE, Crews are OFF December 24, 25, 26, 31 and January 1st. Service will resume as normal after these days. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience and understanding.***

S.O.S Exteriors is installing Christmas lights! We’ve always assisted with installs and removals, and have implemented a LIGHT/DECORATION INSTALLATION & STORAGE program. We can install your pre-owned lights, OR S.O.S can provide, install and store exterior lights and decorations with a custom plan before Christmas(Nov-Dec), then remove them after the holidays (Jan) and store all your decorations for you in a
climate-controlled, safe warehouse! The best part, we will warranty and replace/repair all decorations as needed as long as clients continue with their subscription models! If the above package interests you or you still need assistance with Christmas decorations, please reach out!

We are also offering PERMANENT LIGHTING. Installed on the soffit or fascia bottoms, our GoVee LED lighting is much more basic than some of the other permanent lightings on the market. It does not require a metal housing for install making the installs quicker, more flexible, and maintenance/future changes easier! Plus, they still offer a 3yr functionality on products which we honour as well. Let us know if we can assist you
with your lighting or Holiday Decorating in any way!

As always, thanking you as always for your time and business!
