Summer Maintenance Invoice
As August approaches it’s end, its a harsh reminder that summer will be at a close soon!
September does mark the last month for our standard Summer Maintenance contracts, but these last few years we have found ourselves completing mowing work during the first week or two of October.. This is a notification to all our Monthly Maintenance clients that this is the LAST Summer Maintenance invoice for 2026. If mowing services are still needed as we move into October, we will set-up one-time service fee’s or continuation of maintenance as needed.
We still highly recommend good watering practices. Even though we are seeing weather patterns of more sporadic rain, the heat and sun exposure dries out the ground very quickly and short-rooted plants like grass lawns start to suffer quickly. We have been told to expect more moisture this coming fall and winter than we’ve seen in recent years, but still have concerns over watering practices during the remainder of the summer.
We have accepted that we likely will not fully recover our original projects schedule this year, but with some adjustments and a few final bookings we are now to the point of saying we may not have time for more projects this season! Weather dependant we can still take bookings for later September and into October, but if the weather turns then we will be moving to and taking bookings for spring of next year!
