So far the weather has been on par with our expectations. The warmer days are prolonging fall really setting in, but the cool nights have got a good portion of trees and shrubs calling it the end of the season. We have seen a couple forecasts of snow but it seems to disappear as we approach the date.
As we move into November, we want to assure everyone they are not forgotten! We have been preparing for snow and are ready for when the time comes, but have also been in a bit of a lull as we wait for a “true” fall
to set in. While some properties have most of their leaves on the ground already, a lot of areas still have trees with green leaves.
We have made visits to our Summer Maintenance properties that carried into Winter, lawn mowing is essentially over but we’ve aimed to mulch/clean leaves and keep properties tidy. We will soon do the same for even the new Winter Maintenance sign-on’s as a “make value” visit, if there is still no snow going into November. These visits obviously have limitations to what can be provided but we mainly aim to clean leaves or other yard waste.
We have completed Sprinkler Blow-Out’s.. but at this time we are starting Eavestrough Cleanings, Yard Cleaning’s, and some other requested Services done in the late summer-fall season.
