Winter Maintenance Invoice
Hope you’ve been able to keep safe and warm during this cold snap!
Winter finally closed in as expected, the cold has been something
to contend with but we knew it was coming…
We’re also sure we’ll be in for more before Winter is through! If the last few years has marked any trends, it’s that we can expect snowfalls through March and probably a little in April as well. As the weather warms, we will do our best to stay on top of ice buildups and will often break-up large snow piles to prevent ice and speed up melt time. Be very mindful of downspouts and poor drainage areas, as large ice pools can build-up in just one day and cause hazardous conditions. Please let us know if we can assist with any drainage issues around your property!
March does mark the last month for our Winter Maintenance contracts! Spring is right around
the corner, meaning we still heavily encourage you to complete our Protection Maintenance Checklist before the spring rush starts! We can build out your Maintenance for as little or as large as
you’d like, and break down all the payment options available for the package. It is not intended to
push a large package, but on our end benefits our preparedness and scheduling process’, and on
your end shows you the total costs of your Services with options for payments, and gives you the
peace of mind in knowing you’ll get all your Services with no surprises.
Any properties that begin “Summer” Maintenance packages in April will be covered for any
needed Snow Removal as well, with slightly different standards about how we operate during warmer
weather conditions. Winter contracts set to end in March can be extended into April , with some
options around that as well.
We plan to get started on Spring/Summer work as early as possible this year. With all
conditions considered, we will want to get started with cleanings, fertilizations and weedings once we
approach late March and get a good opportunity of Snow melt. We’ve seen big advantages to early
starts in prior years so this year we plan to go even a step further! We’ve spent our Winter revamping
and updating, and are anxious to hit the ground running for Spring!
In the past, we sent out Spring/Summer estimates to most clients in late February/early
March. We will still be doing so, but having a chunk of those completed already through
the Maintenance Checklist heavily lightens that administration load.. This just to say that you will
receive an Estimate as per usual even if you have not completed the form.
Lastly, it is probably pretty clear that we are working on growing and continuing to spread our
name and Services across the Lethbridge area.. We’re fairly new to the online marketing world, we
are slowly growing there and have gained so much knowledge from that space from our new mentors
and friends there.. BUT, we have always had the best business come from members of our existing
S.O.S community. We’d love to continue that trend by offering anyone who gives us a successful
