February 2025

Winter weather is becoming more normal as to be expected, and we’re quite sure we’ll see even more of it soon. Freeze and thaw cycles have made snow packs begin to melt while the ground remains mostly frozen, which means we see more run-off water and ice creeping over sidewalks and driveways. We do make check-up routes to manage these conditions, but of course recommend extreme caution when using any surface that looks wet or icey.

We’ve been busy! Keeping up with Holiday Decoration help, Eavestrough cleanings and even still some yard cleanings as the weather has allowed! We know soon the weather will close in and prevent a lot of this work, but we still encourage you to inquire about any “Spring” work now so we can make sure you are prioritized on our scheduling list! If it is possible to complete it before the Spring season, you can potentially beat the rush!

On that note, we have asked clients to complete our Protection Maintenance Checklist for 2025, so we can accurately update everyone’s maintenance plans for the next year! This package can be set to begin on your next billing cycle. This is usually done online, but we’ve included a paper copy of the checklist with this Invoice. Please complete it by checking off the Services you’d like for ALL of 2025, and we will return with a some a package and some options for the year. This of course is not mandatory, but ensures we can cover all the needs of your property without any sudden or surprise expenses to you, and allows us the greatest time for scheduling. We aim to reduce the “Spring” and “Fall” loads of seasonal work and expenses into an easy, scheduled and manageable package.

As February approaches, we definitely think ahead and start getting a little excited about the coming Spring season! Soon we will be able to put some actual Service dates onto the schedule and so we already look to build out our waiting list.  January and February are typically the toughest months for exterior work, so this is the time we encourage you to inquire with us about any interior painting or other work like debris/junk removal.. We’d be happy to help you with these right now when our schedules don’t always go as planned!

We’ll update more about Spring and Summer work in the next newsletter, March will mark the last month of Winter Maintenance packages. We have already made plans for the Spring and Summer with updates to our Fertilization/Weed Control program, plus updates and intense systematization of the Lawn Care and general Maintenance programs. Less noticeable to you right away, but we are also continuing to improve and implement updates on our Administration side as well.

We’ve updated our website, putting all these Newsletters online to be accessed by all. We’ve also recently been tasked with retrieving Google Reviews, which in turn helps other locals to find our Services when they need us! We offer a 5% discount for positive Google Reviews.

As always, we thank you for your continued support and business!
