We’ve kept extremely busy with the extended fall season continuing to bring down leaves, and the changing weather patterns meaning we are visiting properties more often(and for longer) than we have in the past. Eavestrough Cleanings and Leaf Clean-Ups have been the main craze lately but we’ve still found time for the odd small project and seasonal tasks as weather allows.

As we look into 2025, we aim to fulfill our mission to provide COMPLETE, year round, Property Protection Maintenance Plans. As we look to specialize and systemize our Services, we see our new LEVEL BILLING feature as a great fit for most Packages. It allows for combining the entire 2025 year’s maintenance(including seasonal extras) into a consistent, monthly flat fee for every month. We fully understand not all clients may be interested in a Full Maintenance Package, many Services will still be offered as Single Service options.
S.O.S Exteriors can help with Christmas lights! We’ve always assisted with installs and removals, but will also soon be implementing a LIGHT/DECORATION INSTALLATION & STORAGE program. We can certainly install your pre-owned lights(with no liability to S.O.S for damaged lights/functionality) OR S.O.S can install your exterior lights and decorations with a custom plan before Christmas(Nov-Dec), then remove them after the holidays (Jan) and store all your decorations for you in a climate-controlled, safe warehouse! The best part, we will warranty and replace/repair all decorations as needed as long as subscribers continue with their subscription models!
