Spring/Summer Maintenance Invoice
Spring is finally in the air!
We’re still calling these breaks in the weather a “false spring” for now, but as April 1st nears we see the forecast looking more and more like Spring weather!
Snow will be back again, but need for shovelling will be determined by snowfall
amounts and the daytime temperature swings. Those on our list for April maintenance will be
covered for Snow Removal, as needed.
As the cold freezing nights come to an end, we officially begin our Spring to-do list! We
have been building the lists for months and we thank you again for your prompt acceptance
and reserving your spot on our list! We don’t have guaranteed start dates yet, but we should
be able to pay every property their first “Spring” visit within the next 2-3 weeks.
As we head into Spring, we are excited and grateful to look at a full schedule ahead,
our Maintenance lists are solid already with more to be confirmed, and Projects lists are
booking for July. Please do make sure you notify us of any of your extra projects or tasks you
have in mind, so we can ensure we stick to the best scheduling practices possible.
Along with all the changes and updates we’ve made behind the scenes, we are still
updating on the client end as well as far as how we provide Services and the information we
openly provide. Our new website is still on the way and contains so much more than our
current. We’ve been off of social medias for the most part these last few months as we’e
dedicated our focus into Winter work and Spring/Summer Preparation. We hope to unveil the
new website within the next couple weeks, but you can still check out the old/current one for
lots of DIY tips, newsletters, photo gallery and as well as our pricing structure.
And of course, please do feel free to see our Google reviews and add to them! Google
reviews are the best and quickest way for us to gain credibility in the online space, so that
new clients who need our services can find us.
We also have a Referral Program in place, where we will give you or someone else
